Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Flattered shoebox and secure them inside the original shipping carton or a similar protective mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
